What book would you love to see made into a movie or television show and do you have actors/actresses in mind to play the main characters?
I am gonna have to go with Jellicoe Road by Melina Marchetta

Aaaaand, if you guys didn't already know, the Jellicoe Road film is actually in production. The lovely Miss Marchetta penned the script and words can not describe how excited/nervous I am about this movie. It's such an incredible book and I can only hope they do it justice.

Oddly enough, I haven't gotten around to reading the Jellicoe Road, yet. I've heard a lot of good things about it, but for some reason it sort of missing getting put on the list. I'm definitely going to have to remedy that now.

ReplyDeleteAnd OK, you're gonna have to explain the the Ryan Gosling 'Hey Girl' thing to me. I dont' understand :S
I cannot wait until Jellicoe Road comes out. LOVE IT. Also I love the Ryan Gosling reads YA tumblr. Melina Marchetta is my favorite writer. Me and some friends even sent around her Gorgon in the Gully MG book (Only available in Australia and feature's Jonah's little brother Danny).
