Synopsis (Goodreads): To say Lizzie and Dante are polar opposites is the understatement of the century. He's a snooty Exeter transfer with more money than Google. She's a driven study-a-holic barely keeping up with tuition. It's obvious that Dante thinks he's way too good for Lizzie. And Lizzie knows Dante is a snob with a gift for pushing her buttons.
But things are changing fast this year at the Academy. And when Lizzie's quest to stop those changes blows up in her face, taking her oldest friendship with it, she has nowhere else to turn but to Dante, with his killer blue eyes, his crazy-sexy smile, and his secrets... Secrets Lizzie can't seem to leave alone, no matter how hard she tries...

Let's talk about my love for Cecilia Gray, shall we?
This love I speak of is real. It is almighty. It is so potent it stings my nostrils. And after reading Fall For You...well...I may just love her even more.
Pride and Prejudice is a story that has seen many a YA reincarnation, but there's something special about this story. Cecilia (yes, we're on a first-name basis. Please refer to my aforementioned love) does a really great job of retelling this beloved classic. While much of the story doesn't come as a surprise, there's an added bit of charm and wit that I couldn't help but connect with.
The novel's protagonist, Lizzie, is a heroine worth cheering for! She's incredibly clever and opinionated, but above all she had a big heart and a good head on her shoulders. And as for the leading man (*fans self*) Dante? Well, pardon while drool unattractively on my keyboard, but he is devastatingly Darcy-ish and I just want to let you know that I've already got dibs. He's MINE and you can't have him!
*runs away with Dante's love*
Seriously though, Fall For You was an incredibly charming novel and I can't wait to see what Cecilia has in store for Book 2 of the Jane Austen Academy series, So Into You (Summer 2012).
